1. What is a Gift subscription?
You can purchase and send a subscription voucher to a gift recipient via email.
To purchase a gift subscription, the gift purchaser needs to provide:
・The gift recipient’s email address
・The date the recipient will be informed of their gift
・The gift recipient’s name (optional)
・A gift message (optional)
The recipient will receive a voucher and instructions on how to claim their gift. No payment information is required to activate the gift. The gift voucher expires a year from the purchase date.
Gift subscriptions are one-time payments and non-refundable. Unless the recipient chooses to extend their subscription, gift
subscriptions will not renew automatically.
Gift recipients can not redeem their gift subscription if they have an active subscription.
2. Can I purchase multiple gift subscriptions?
Yes, but you are required to purchase them one at a time. If you plan to give a large quantity of subscriptions, contact us so our sales team can assist.
3. How can I confirm payment of a gift subscription?
Download the transaction confirmation from the "Your account" page using the following steps:
1. Visit the "Your account" page.
2. Click the "Transactions'' tab. Your transaction history will be displayed.
3. Click the email icon to receive a confirmation via email, or click the PDF icon to download a file.
4. My recipient did not receive their gift voucher. What should I do?
A gift voucher is sent out on the delivery date specified at the time of purchase. Check the email confirmation of your purchase to confirm the delivery date. If the recipient did not receive their gift voucher through email on the delivery date, contact us and we will be happy to help.
5. The gift recipient email address I specified was incorrect. What can I do?
Please contact us. We will update the email address and resend the voucher.
6. How do I activate a gift subscription?
Access the link provided within the gift voucher email. Enter your gift voucher code and submit to activate your subscription. Voucher codes will expire 1 year after the gift purchase date. Make sure to redeem your subscription before the expiration date.
7. Do I need to create an account to activate my gift subscription?
Yes. After you click the link within the gift voucher email, you will be prompted to either log in or create an account.
8. When does my gift subscription begin and end?
Your subscription will begin the day you redeem your voucher code and end according to the subscription period of the plan gifted. You can find your subscription schedule under the “Subscription” tab on the "Your account" page.
9. I cannot activate my gift subscription. What can I do?

10. I want to continue to subscribe after my gift subscription expires. What can I do?
